You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please go to 'My Orders', select the order you wish to cancel, and click on 'Cancel Order'. If the button is not visible, it means the order has already been processed for shipping.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse the delivery when the courier attempts to deliver it, or return it once delivered as per our Return Policy. For refused COD orders, we reserve the right to restrict COD services for future orders.
For all prepaid orders that are cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated immediately. The amount should reflect in your original payment method within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
While we strive to fulfill every order, we reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: Product out of stock, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. We will notify you immediately in such cases.
