1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation and dispatch notification with tracking details via email and SMS.

2. Delivery Timelines

These are estimated timelines and may be affected by public holidays, weather disruptions, logistics delays, or high-demand periods.

• Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Kochi): 3 to 5 business days
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5 to 7 business days
• Remote and rural areas: 7 to 10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location. The applicable shipping fee is displayed clearly at checkout before order confirmation. We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified order value, as communicated on the platform from time to time.

4. Packaging

All Minisxo products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We take particular care with fragile collectibles and plush items. Our packaging is designed to protect your order during transit.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number on the courier partner's website or app to monitor your shipment in real time.

6. Undelivered or Lost Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please write to us at support@minisxo.com with your order number. We will initiate an investigation with our logistics partner and keep you informed of the status. In the event a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will either reship the order or issue a full refund.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address, the shipment may be returned to us. Re-delivery in such cases may incur additional shipping charges.

8. Shipping Scope

Minisxo currently ships within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
