Refund and Return Policy

At Minisxo, we want every order to bring you joy. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds for purchases made on minisxo.com.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact
  • The product was received in a damaged, defective, or broken condition
  • An incorrect product was delivered (wrong item, wrong colour, or wrong size)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or had their original packaging removed
  • Customised, personalised, or made-to-order items
  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear after delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, write to us at support@minisxo.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Your email must include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, reason for the return, and clear photographs of the product clearly showing the issue (required for damage or defect claims). Our team will review your request within 2 to 3 business days and provide return instructions if your request is approved.

4. Refund Process

Once a return is approved and the returned product is received and inspected by our team: If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days of return receipt. Credit to your account may take an additional 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products received in damaged or defective condition, or where an incorrect product was delivered. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be processed instead.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned after delivery following the return process above.

7. Return Shipping

For approved returns due to defects, damage, or incorrect items, Minisxo will arrange and bear the cost of return pickup. For returns due to change of mind (where eligible), return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
